The 90s are finally over with the conclusion of tvN’s hit drama Reply 1997.
On September 18, tvN aired its last episode of Reply 1997, tying every knot and answering every question left on the viewers’ minds.
As the thank you message went up on the television screen, signaling the drama’s end, the cast members of the drama started giving thanks on their Twitters.
Infinite’s Hoya wrote, “Reply 1997 director Shin Won Ho and all of the staff, cast, and the viewers who loved, thank you so much!! I will never forget this for the rest of my life! ^^”
Lee Si Eon, who played the role of Bang Sung Jae, tweeted, “A very enjoyable and hot summer… A wonderful project made with wonderful people. I love you. Thank you. TT Thank you again. I hope to use the word, ‘actor’ a little bit more. Thank you. I love you. I will return with a better image. TT Thank you all for working hard.”
The official Twitter for Reply 1997 also posted a thank you message in English for its foreign viewers. “Reply 1997 is finally over. Thank you foreign viewers as well as Korean viewers! Hope u enjoyed this drama. ;) Good Night!”
